Information we handle
- Inquiries: information you submit, such as your name, email, company, inquiry type, budget, timeline, deliverables, usage requirements, and message, together with submission time. Email correspondence may contain additional information you choose to provide.
- Owner-connected social accounts: TikTok account identifier, username, follower count, authorization credentials, and synchronization times. Instagram connections use account identifiers, usernames, follower counts, and authorization credentials. These connections are for Christian’s accounts, not visitor social-account enrollment.
- Technical information: hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, browser and request information, and operational logs to deliver and secure the website.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate business opportunities, and communicate about services. Social-account information verifies the intended owner and updates public audience counts. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
TikTok permissions and credentials
The connection requests user.info.basic to bind the authorized account identifier, user.info.profile to verify @christian_7700, and user.info.stats to retrieve follower_count. It does not request posting or messaging permissions. Authorization codes are exchanged on the server. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in server-side storage; application secrets remain in server configuration. They are not displayed to visitors. Public displays contain audience counts and synchronization timestamps, and the connection page may show the verified username.
Cookies and local storage
The owner’s TikTok connection uses a short-lived secure cookie and server-side state to validate authorization and prevent forged requests. The website stores a reduced-motion preference in browser local storage. Hosting providers may use cookies necessary to deliver or secure their services. You can clear browser storage, although this may reset preferences or interrupt an authorization attempt.
Sharing and external services
Hosting and database providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, process information necessary to operate the website. TikTok and Meta process requests to their services under their own policies. Email providers handle correspondence. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. The website does not sell inquiry or connected-account information or use it for targeted advertising. Public audience figures are visible to website visitors. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Inquiries and correspondence are retained as needed to respond, manage business relationships, and meet legitimate legal or recordkeeping needs. Social credentials are retained while needed for the connection; cached counts may remain as dated historical figures when a connection stops working. Authorization state expires after ten minutes. We use access controls and encrypted token storage, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and deletion requests
Email christian@christianlittlemedia.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, or removal of stored connected-account credentials and data. Identify the information or account involved without sending passwords or tokens. We may verify your authority before acting and may retain records where required by law. The account owner can also revoke the app’s access in TikTok or Instagram settings. Revocation stops authorized future access but does not automatically erase previously stored records; request deletion by email.
Location and privacy rights
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where relevant, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
Children
The website’s business inquiry and account-connection features are not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
